Information from others

A doctor or family member who refers you, the laboratory that processes your test sample, and our payment or delivery partners may share limited information with us so we can serve you.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data only for lawful purposes, and mainly because you have given consent or because we need it to provide the service you asked for.

  • To reply to enquiries and book, confirm or reschedule consultations and home visits.
  • To assess your condition and create a personalised physiotherapy, recovery, nutrition or gut wellness plan, and to follow up on your progress.
  • To arrange sample collection, laboratory analysis and delivery of your microbiome report and any products you buy.
  • To process payments, issue invoices and keep accounting records.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Health information and Gut Microbiome Tests

Health details are among the most sensitive data we hold, so we handle them with extra care.

  • We collect health information only to assess you, plan your care and follow up, or when you ask us to.
  • Access is limited to our clinicians and staff who need it to care for you.
  • For a Gut Microbiome Test, you will receive a home collection kit. Your sample and the details needed to process it are sent to a partner laboratory, which returns a report to us. We use the report to prepare your nutrition, probiotic and lifestyle guidance.
  • We share only what is needed with the laboratory, and we ask partners to keep it confidential and use it only for your test.
  • We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not publish it. Testimonials, photos or case stories are shared only with your clear permission, which you can withdraw.

The educational content on our website and social media is general information. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal data only when it is needed for the purposes above, and never for sale.

  • Laboratory and delivery partners: to process test samples and deliver kits and products.
  • Payment providers and banks: to collect payments and issue refunds.
  • Technology providers: website hosting, email, WhatsApp, Google services and analytics tools that help us run the website and communicate with you. They act on our instructions and are expected to protect your data.

Your data may be stored on servers outside India, for example with global email or hosting providers. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected as the law requires.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website is built on WordPress and may use cookies and similar tools to make pages work, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive details through open channels unless necessary, and tell us at once if you suspect your data has been misused.

If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

  • Correction and erasure: ask us to correct inaccurate data, complete it, or delete data that is no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties.
